These are the rules; we’ve tried to make them as simple as possible to make it clear what your rights are and what you agree to by using Honey (interchangeably “Honey” or “we”). These Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Honey and each user of our website (“Site”) and platform (the “Service”). To be clear, when we refer to our Site, we mean our website, which can be found at https://honeybazzar.com. When we refer to our Service, we mean the service that was purchased for use by a network of users to share information and facilitate communication and collaboration.
We have separate terms and conditions for individuals and businesses who purchase our Service, but these rules are for you, the worker bees, the people who keep businesses running. While we are on the subject, we at Honey have a deep appreciation for the arts, and the artists who make our lives more livable. While the Service is a great place to share your favorite found treasure on the internet, right alongside your discounted cash flow analysis, we ask that you be respectful of both the creators of the treasure, and the DCF, by giving credit where credit is due, and not seeking to benefit off the intellectual labors of others.
V. Play by the Rules
Along with these Terms and our Privacy Policy we have compiledwhich are the rules we ask all users of the Service to comply with in order to ensure that everyone has a safe experience with the Service. Violations of the Rules of Use are treated the same way as violations of these Terms. BOTH USERS OF THE SITE AND THE SERVICE SHOULD KNOW THAT:
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE DISCLAIMER OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DAMAGES.
